    MCA Masterbatch for Polyamide

    HFFR-MB345B

     

    HFFR-MB345B is high content MCA compounds with PA6 carrier. It has good thermal stability and FR property. The FR mechanism is same with MCA.

    Comparing the MCA powder, HFFR-MB345B has better compatibility with PA resin and better dispersity. So, it is more easy to get good FR property, better processability and dust free.

    HFFR-MB345B is suitable for the temperature of PA processsing, no color difference, no yellow turning, mechanical properties are excellent

    HFFR-MB345B has more stable result on properties(like: impact strength and fire-proof) . The system using it can pass the UL94 V-0(0.8mm) and GWFI at 850 degrees easily.  

     

    Recommended Dosage

    PA6618%-22%, PA622-28%, according to different application.

    Package & Storage

    25kg/bag. Placed in dry and ventilated place, avoid moisture and heat.
