    Light Diffusion Masterbatch for PC

    LD-MB510

    The Seven Maters elaborately developed functional light diffusion masterbatch LD-MB510 is based on PC polymer matrix, coupled with Organic siloxane light diffusion microspheres. The LD-MB510 is better compatible with PC, easier to disperse in PC and have low volatility and good processibility. As a result, it is widely used in LED illumination, LCD panel and other PC optical materials. Such materials have wonderful appearance, combined with excellent light diffusion and light transparency characteristics.

     Better compatibility with PC and easier to disperse.

     Good thermal stability, suited to different kind of processing technology (injection and extrusion).

    Increase PC light diffusion rate remarkablely (>95%), meanwhile maintain transparency at high level (>80%).

    Improve impact strength of PC but do not have bad influence on strength.

    Improve processibility of PC.

     The PC products get different optical performances according to the different dosage of LD-MB510.

    Recommended dosage 

    Extrusion: 5%-10%.

    Package and Storage 

    25Kg/carton.

    Please keep it at dry, ventilative and cool area.
