Rheology Control Agent
RC-620
Rheology control agent RC-620 is a kind of novel additives for PA. It can improve processing property and the rheology property of melting PA. The main functional content of it is rare earth complex, we use nanotechnology and other ingredients to produce it. The mechanism of it: By controlling the bond force between molecules of PA, it can reduce the surface viscosity of melted PA and improve the rheology property. Thus it improve the properties of final products.

Characters
• Excellent compatibility with PA resin and easy to be dispersed, has no any bad effects on heat resistant and mechanical performance.
• Improve flowability, reduce the wear of mould, increase mould filling efficiency, save power, reduce the process cost obviously.
• Improve the size precision of final products. For example, during extrusion pipe, it can prevent the draw-down and deformation of the pipe.
• In textile or fabric industry, RC-620 can reduce the temperature of PA textile yarns by 20℃, and improve the spinability.
Recommended Dosage
0.3%-3%, it can mix with PA resin and molding directly, but better result can be gotten through twin screw extruding process.
Package and Storage
25kg/Bag. Placed in dry and ventilated place, avoid moisture and heat.
Example of Application
▲RC-620 can be used in PA66+GF30% to improve the flow ability of injection parts, then get excellent flow ability of PA66 resin with 30% of GF, suggest to mix 3% of RC-620 with granules of PA66 directly, the length of injected parts will be 23% longer than the system doesn’t mix RC-620, if mix it during granulation stage, the dosage will 50% lower.
▲ When RC-620 is used in PA6, it can shorten the molding cycle by 25% and reduce the temperature of process by 15-20℃.
