    Nucleator

    T1-11

    Main ingredient of T1-11 is an organic substance containing stable heterocyclic rings. It can work for polyamide or polyester as nucleator to increase the rate of crystallization, the temperature of crystallization and to reduce the size of crystal. It not only can get excellent properties, but also can work as flow improver and mould release agent, it can shorten the molding cycle, increase production efficiency.

    • Improve nucleating, fasten the rate of crystallization, reduce the size of crystal.

    Accelerate mould release, can save 30% molding cycle time, improve production efficiency obviously.

    • Better size stability during processing and using in a long term.

     Increase HDT, tensile/flexural strength and improve impact strength.

    0.05%-0.3%

    Package & Storage

    25kg/Carton. Placed in dry and ventilated place, avoid moisture and heat.
