CE-311
CE-311 is a reactive functional additive which is designed to extend the molecular chain of nylon products. It is a high polymerization degree additive, and through the special chemical synthesis technology, is grafted with the polar functional groups.By the reaction of polar functional group with the end group of the nylon (contained amino and carboxyl), this product can improve the molecular weight of nylon materials, and eventually improve the mechanical performance of materials and heat resistant properties.

•This product was mainly used for improve mechanical properties and the thermal deformation temperature of the PA66/6. For example, PA6 resin system. adding 0.5% CE - 311, The tensile strength is more than 15% and notch impact strength increase more than 10%, the thermal deformation temperature increase of nearly 8%.
• Because this product will extend the molecular weight of nylon, the melt index (MI) of nylon resin system will be decreased obviously.
